The kids at my school wear their coats!! WTF are these kids doing?!?
I think most of my kids do. Now I am going to be asking around.
I did know this and I always figured out that if they get cold, they'll put it on. Natural consequences.
My students stand in little circles huddling for warmth, shivering from the cold wind, asking to start fires in the trash cans.....when it dips to 60 degrees outside for 2 days in January. Tee-hee-hee
Since I have a high schooler, she only wears a coat if the temps in the mornings are below 20 (she walks about 5 blocks to school). I figure it's her craziness if she freezes halfway there. I just make suggestions now.
