I know right?!?! I never quite appreciated how hard it was and how few handicapped spots are until I needed one.
Although the handicap spots are 100% more important, I hate it when people don't put their carts away. I have a friend that used to leave her cart in the parking space and made fun of me one day when I put it away. I told her that I don't like having to find another parking space or try to park around a cart that someone has left behind. That was her "ah ha" moment and now she puts them away. How do people not connect such things for themselves? Crazy people!
